At Rustler Hat, we want you to be completely satisfied with your headwear. If your hat doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the hat in its original box with all tags attached to ensure it maintains its shape and quality during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
